The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) continues to release additional details related to forgiveness of its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. This article provides details on two loan necessity questionnaires that the SBA will use to facilitate the collection of supplemental information its reviewers will use to evaluate borrowers’ good-faith certifications made on their original applications for PPP loans greater than $2 million.
