The Health Resources & Services Administration’s (HRSA) annual 340B recertification window for hospitals will be open from August 14–September 11, 2023. Recertification is required for all hospitals currently participating in 340B. Hospitals that do not complete the recertification process will be removed from the 340B program.
To help ensure a smooth recertification process, it is recommended that all relevant contacts—including authorizing officials (AOs) and primary contacts (PCs)—confirm their OPAIS account is active and reflects current contact information.
