Executive Summary

Entity management is required to make a reasonable effort to identify conditions or events that indicate it is probable the entity is unable to meet its obligations as they become due within the look-forward period. When substantial doubt exists, disclosures are required regardless of whether it is mitigated. Judgment is required, as is documentation of management’s substantial doubt evaluation and its mitigating plans, as applicable.
