Path Forward: June Provider Relief Fund Guidance
On Friday, June 11, 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revised the Post-Payment Notice of Reporting Requirements, superseding all previous versions.
One of the most notable revisions is the clarification of the June 30, 2021 deadline to use funds from payments received between April 10, 2020, and June 30, 2020. The PRF Reporting Portal will open on July 1st for providers to begin submitting information. Recipients will have 90 days to complete the portal submission, with a reporting deadline of September 30th. Following Period 1, there will be three additional reporting windows and associated deadlines to use funds, which will be based on the receipt date of PRF payment.
