November 30, 2022

November's topic will focus on the utilization of employer-provided education assistance programs to attract and retain workers. According to the 2022 SHRM Employee Benefits Survey, 65% of respondents felt that providing professional and career development benefits was very or extremely important. Of the organizations that responded, 78% cover the cost for employees to develop new skills. However, only 2 to 5% of employees use these benefits! Why is that? Join us as Ozarks Technical College Center for Workforce Development provides insight on how the college is adopting strategies to help employers align these financial resources with educational opportunities that match their employees' needs.
