NATIONAL OFFICE – BKD CEO Ted Dickman announces the BKD Foundation distributed more than $1.2 million to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations last year. From its inception in 1999, the foundation has given more than $14 million to selected beneficiaries.

“Part of what makes BKD such a great organization is the generosity of its people,” Dickman said. “I’m proud of our team and the positive impact they are making in the communities we call home.”

The foundation supports not-for-profit organizations of all types and sizes, including a number of BKD clients and organizations with firm partners and employees serving in volunteer roles. Each office has a foundation advisory committee, which evaluates requests for support and allocates funds. A BKD partner or employee may request foundation funds for a qualified project or organization by following the process established by the office's foundation advisory committee.

A digital report highlighting the foundation’s giving can be found on BKD’s website.
