HOUSTON – FORVIS is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Teuscher as managing director with the firm’s energy and natural resources advisory team (ENR).

Based in Houston, Teuscher has more than 30 years of experience as a consultant to CFOs and other senior executives of large companies, including most of the world’s biggest oil and gas firms.

Prior to joining FORVIS, Teuscher spent 25 years at a large international firm, eventually rising to the role of management consulting partner. He led global relationships with two U.S. oil supermajors for several years, overseeing approximately $3 billion in combined quantified value delivery. Teuscher also delivered an additional $1 billion in client value under his own consulting firm and served as a business unit leader during the transformation of a 180-person consulting unit.

Teuscher brings deep experience across an array of finance competencies to his role at FORVIS, including financial accounting, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, working capital management, treasury, tax, internal control, internal audit, external audit, supply chain, and technology enablement.

“It's my pleasure to join FORVIS full-time to advance the firm’s growth in ENR,” Teuscher said. “After serving on specific projects with FORVIS the past 15 months, I've come to truly believe in their culture and capabilities and look forward to contributing in new ways. Our sector continues to be vital to society, as we provide the energy for today's economy while evolving the possibilities for energy transition.”

Teuscher is a CPA and Certified Management Accountant. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also taught in the MBA program for seven years.
