FORVIS has been recognized as one of the world’s top organizations for team member learning and development by Chief Learning Officer, a national platform for C-suite and senior-level L&D professionals.
Chief Learning Officer ranked FORVIS No. 17 on its 2022 list of LearningElite Awards finalists. FORVIS is the highest-ranked accounting firm on the list.
The LearningElite Awards honor the best organizations in learning and development. For more than a decade, this peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program recognizes organizations from all over the world for best-in-class levels of performance across five dimensions: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results.
“FORVIS is honored to be named among this select group of organizations for our commitment to ensuring our people are not simply staying current but looking ahead to what’s next,” said Katie Davenport, senior vice president of learning & development at FORVIS. “Our investment in our people will only grow as Top 10 firm.”
A total of 54 organizations were recognized as finalists in the program this year. Each organization is scored and ranked Gold, Silver or Bronze based on its score relative to benchmarks. FORVIS’ No. 17 ranking places it in the Silver category.
“FORVIS is committed to providing incredible growth opportunities for our people at every stage of their career,” said Chief Talent Officer Tricia Wilson. “This recognition is a testament to our firm’s culture of lifelong learning and the stellar support our people receive from our amazing team of L&D professionals.”
