Southern Missouri Financial Executives Forum – August 2022
Event Details
Change takes time. In fact, many organizations have lots of changes on their 3-, 5-, and 10-year plans. However, have you considered the role time is playing in the transformational change happening across the workforce? This session will focus in on two aspects of time and their impact. First, the discussion will focus on the significant change happening in employee’s perspectives on the value of time and what that means for the future of work. Then, the discussion will move to the importance of intentionally using a leader’s time to develop the organization’s best people. A leader’s ability to improve their relationship with time will have a direct impact on their ability to successfully drive their organization forward.
