This session will share a board's financial role and responsibilities in relation to building the financial strength of the entity/system. This includes being familiar with operations and monitoring performance with the help of key performance indicators (KPI) and internal reporting. Join us as we present insights to help a board strategically evaluate the financial health of its entity/system and preserve the organization's role as a vital service provider for the community.
