Litigation & the Business Bankruptcy Case

Join us for the second installment of the Spring 2023 Forensics Institute series. We'll cover key litigation issues that arise in, or in connection with, business bankruptcy cases. Topics will include:
- Chapter 11 in relation to the recently enacted Small Business Reorganization Act as a tool to address and resolve litigation
- Types of bankruptcy fraud
- Key defenses to preference and avoidance claims
- Establishing insolvency in avoidance litigation brought by the trustee in bankruptcy
