  • Chapter 11 in relation to the recently enacted Small Business Reorganization Act as a tool to address and resolve litigation
  • Types of bankruptcy fraud
  • Key defenses to preference and avoidance claims
  • Establishing insolvency in avoidance litigation brought by the trustee in bankruptcy
