FORVIS is pleased to announce it has earned the 2024 Military Friendly® Employer and Military Spouse Friendly Employer designation from VIQTORY, a veteran-owned small business that connects the military community to civilian employment, educational, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Institutions earning these designations were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. More than twelve hundred companies participated in the 2024 survey.
Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY, with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for recruitment, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
FORVIS exceeded survey standards in all categories measured.

FORVIS is one of only three public accounting firms on the 2024 list. The firm has a highly active Veterans Inclusion Network and supports current and veteran military employees through policies that address their needs and circumstances. FORVIS also has worked to bolster its outreach with numerous local, regional, and national veterans’ organizations to provide support.
