A Streamlined Preparation Process
TRS is a web-based application that can help local governments streamline the preparation of annual reports through an efficient and simplified process. It can also be used to create interim reports; all types of local governments (cities, counties, enterprise districts, and other special districts) use it.
Users create the entire report using database-driven financial statements, an online word processor, and proprietary spreadsheet technology. Changes made to the financial statements will update in real time throughout the narrative portions of the annual report. Being web-based, multiple users can work simultaneously. The report can be exported as a formatted .pdf or .docx file.
